Ghana FA to Honour Asamoah Gyan with Testimonial Match

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced plans to organize a testimonial match in honour of legendary striker and former Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan, who officially retired from professional football two years ago.

Widely regarded as one of Africa’s greatest forwards, Gyan remains Ghana’s all-time leading goal scorer with an impressive 51 goals in 109 appearances for the national team.

 His international career spanned over a decade, featuring memorable performances at multiple FIFA World Cups and Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournaments
