Ganduje Dismisses Opposition Efforts, Confident in Tinubu’s 2027 Re-election

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has declared that no amount of political opposition or coalition efforts will stop President Bola Tinubu from securing re-election in 2027.

In a statement issued on March 21, 2025, by his Senior Special Assistant on Public Enlightenment, Oliver Okpala, Ganduje expressed unwavering confidence in Tinubu’s victory, citing his "untrammelled performance" since assuming office.

“The support of Dr. Ganduje for President Bola Tinubu in 2027 is unshakable and as solid as the Rock of Gibraltar,” the statement read. He dismissed recent political gatherings by opposition figures from parties like the Labour Party (LP), Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and Social Democratic Party (SDP), labeling them as an assemblage of individuals with divergent interests and no real political base.
