EFCC Charges Benin City Socialite 

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Benin Zonal Directorate arraigned Kelly Okungbowa, popularly known as Ebo Stone, a socialite based in Benin City, before Justice C. A. Obiozor of the Federal High Court on Monday, May 26, 2025. 

He faces a two-count charge of currency abuse and mutilation.

Okungbowa is accused of spraying a total of N300,000 in cash while dancing with women at recreational venues in Benin City, and in the process, damaging the banknotes
