Afrobeats superstar Davido has shared a humorous yet humbling memory of the first time he met American rapper 50 Cent as a child.

Speaking in a recent interview, Davido revealed that he saw 50 Cent for the first time while in Las Vegas during his younger years. Excited to meet the global rap icon, he approached him and asked for a picture but was turned down.

“The first time I ever saw 50 Cent, I was a kid in Vegas. I was like, ‘Can I have a picture?’ He said no,” Davido recalled with a laugh
