Dangote Urges Revocation of Dormant Refinery Licenses, Calls for Stricter Enforcement by NMDPRA
Billionaire industrialist Aliko Dangote has called on the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) to take decisive action against dormant refinery licenses in the country.
Speaking on it, Dangote recommended that the NMDPRA either revoke refinery licenses that remain inactive or impose annual penalties on holders who fail to make tangible progress.
