Nigerian singer Bloody Civilian has been summoned to appear in a Calabar court over a legal case, putting an end to the jokes surrounding the matter.
While the artist initially responded humorously suggesting she might take up comedy to afford the legal fees no official legal response has been filed yet.
The court has given Bloody Civilian a 30-day deadline to appear, warning that a judgment may be issued in her absence if she fails to comply
