 BILL CLINTON DELIVERS STRONG CRITICISM OF TRUMP ADMINISTRATION

Former U.S. President Bill Clinton has sharply criticized the current administration, accusing those in power of applying “one set of rules for themselves and another set for everyone else.”

Speaking at the Clinton Global Initiative’s 2026 summit in New York, Clinton alleged that government power had been used to pursue political opponents, restrict free speech and benefit allies.

He also argued that such actions would conflict with the spirit and letter of the Constitution’s Emoluments Clause. Clinton did not mention President Donald Trump by name in the remarks, but his comments were widely understood as criticism of the Trump administration.

The former president also criticized what he described as “zero-sum” politics and called for greater cooperation across political divides.
