Banky Wellington Reflects on Growth and Faith as He Earns Master’s Degree

Faith empowers us with the courage, resilience, and strength to rewrite the endings of our stories.

 What some may view as the finish line can actually be the beginning of a new chapter. The past few years have been a challenging season for my family and me. I’ve learned that you cannot give your best when you’re running on empty. Sometimes, it’s important to step off the dance floor and onto the balcony to pause, reflect on your journey, understand who you are, and envision who you want to become.

True success in life and leadership is not just about reaching a destination or the path you take, but about the person you evolve into along the way. I am grateful to share that I have just completed my Master’s degree in Policy Management (sometimes called a Master of Public Administration).

Now, I’m ready to step back onto the dance floor with renewed purpose and energy.
