Senator Ajibola Basiru, the National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has formally withdrawn from the race for the party’s governorship ticket ahead of the 2026 election in Osun State.
His withdrawal comes less than three weeks before the APC governorship primary scheduled for December 13
