Ademola Lookman has spoken out after Atalanta manager Gian Piero Gasperini harshly criticized him for missing a crucial penalty in their Champions League knockout match against Club Brugge.

The Super Eagles star, who played a key role in Atalanta’s historic Europa League triumph last year with a stunning hat-trick in the final, now finds himself at the center of controversy. 

Gasperini went as far as calling Lookman "one of the worst penalty takers I've ever seen," despite the winger’s otherwise solid record from the spot.
