Renowned Nigerian musician, Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has been officially appointed as the Technical Adviser on Entertainment and Community Outreach to the Governor of Benue State, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia.

 The announcement was made in a viral video, showcasing a heartfelt moment where Governor Alia expressed his appreciation for 2Baba’s unwavering support to the state and his influential role in Nigeria’s entertainment industry.

Governor Alia, in his remarks, acknowledged the immense contribution of 2Baba to the music industry and how his name alone stirs excitement among fans. "Let me thank you deeply for supporting my administration and for preparing me for 2027," the Governor said. He continued by praising the music legend’s legacy, adding, "When you say 2Baba, people begin to dance, even without hearing the music.
