Lawmaker Pushes Bill to Ban Politicians from Using Private Hospitals and Schools
Representative Amobi Ogah, a member of the House of Representatives, is proposing legislation that would compel public officials to use government owned hospitals and schools the same ones available to the average Nigerian citizen.
The bill, which has sparked wide public interest, aims to prohibit politicians and civil servants from patronising private institutions, both locally and abroad.
