Kalu Urges Stronger Nigeria-UK Parliamentary Ties and Fairer Immigration Reforms

Deputy Speaker of Nigeria’s House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, has called for a deeper and more strategic legislative partnership between Nigeria and the United Kingdom, emphasizing the importance of policies that reflect fairness and mutual growth especially on immigration matters.

Kalu made these remarks during a meeting on Thursday with Lord Collins of Highbury, the UK’s Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Africa. 

Also present at the meeting were British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Richard Montgomery, and other top officials.
