Federal High Court Grants Interim Bail to Former AGF Abubakar Malami, Adjourns EFCC Case to January 5, 2026

The Federal High Court in Abuja has granted interim bail to former Attorney General of the Federation (AGF), Abubakar Malami, in his ongoing case with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The court also adjourned proceedings in the matter to January 5, 2026, giving Malami temporary relief as the investigation continues.

 The former AGF has been under scrutiny following allegations of financial misconduct.
