A former naval officer and his associates have been caught on video assaulting and illegally detaining workers at a hotel in Abuja.

 The disturbing incident, which has sparked outrage, was captured in footage shared by AIT Live.

Eyewitnesses claim that the ex-naval officer and his group stormed the hotel over an undisclosed issue before resorting to physical violence against staff members. Reports indicate that some of the workers were forcibly detained within the premises.
