Actor ljoba Lande Apologizes to Funke Akindele, Clarifies Payment Dispute

Nollywood actor and content creator Kehinde Ganiyu, widely known as ljoba Lande, has publicly apologized to filmmaker Funke Akindele after retracting his earlier claims that she underpaid him for a movie role. 

The controversy began when ljoba Lande accused Akindele's production team of paying him only N90,000 for a role filmed at Amen Estate, a statement that quickly went viral and sparked heated debates.

However, less than a day later, ljoba Lande issued a video apology, in which he prostrated before the camera and begged for forgiveness.

 He clarified that his initial claim was misrepresented, explaining that he had originally mentioned N190,000, but an error led to the focus being on the incorrect figure of N90,000.
