A 27-year-old woman, Fatima Dzuma, has been arrested for allegedly murdering her 25-year-old husband,

A 27-year-old woman, Fatima Dzuma, has been arrested for allegedly murdering her 25-year-old husband, Baba Aliyu, in Lafiyagi Dzwafu village, Niger State. The couple had been married for three years, but Dzuma had not yet given birth, while Baba's first wife had recently welcomed a child. 

Reports indicate that the couple often argued, and on the night before the incident, they had a violent dispute during which Baba reportedly assaulted Dzuma. 

She is accused of killing him with a pestle while he was asleep.
