The Central Bank of Nigeria has raised its interest rate to 18.5% due to stubborn inflation and slowing economic growth

The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) reports that Nigeria's inflation increased to 22.22 percent in April 2023, and its economic growth slowed to 2.31 percent.

As a result of rising inflation and slowing growth, this is an important consideration.
