Bukayo Saka wins March Premier League Player of the Month award.

Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka has been named the Premier League Player of the Month for March 2023.

The 21-year-old nicknamed â€˜Starboy’ claims the accolade for the first time in his career thanks to his blistering performances during the month contributing three goals and two assists in four matches which helped his team win all the four games they played in the month.

The England International player became the youngest player in Arsenal’s history to reach double figures for both goals and assists in a Premier League season when his performance against Crystal Palace helped him beat Cesc Fabregas previous record.

Saka beat Newcastle’s Alexander Isak, Brighton’s Alexis Mac Allister, Aston Villa’s Tyrone Mings, Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah and fellow Arsenal team-mate Leandro Trossard to claim the EA SPORTS Player of the month award.

Bukayo Saka (March) joins Marcus Rashford (January and February), Martin Odegaard (November/December), Miguel Almiron (October), Marcus Rashford (September) and Erling Haaland (August) as all the winners of the award this season.
