Among the agreements made on June 5 was the formation of a joint committee to assess any salary rise or award request and set a framework and schedule for implementation.

The Federal Government, the TUC, and the NLC were also supposed to examine the World Bank-financed Cash Transfer Scheme and suggest including low-income earners in the program, as well as revive the Compressed Natural Gas conversion program previously agreed upon with labor unions in 2021.
