Trump has Pleaded not guilty to 34 Felony Counts.

Trump is the first former president to face criminal charges in connection with a 2016 hush-money payment to a porn star.

Donald Trump, the Republican nominee for President in 2024, has pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the first degree.

According to media sources, Trump pleaded not guilty when he appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court on Tuesday in New York.

The former president was processed and arraigned in the Court for around two hours.

He is scheduled to return to Florida this evening to give remarks at his Mar-a-Lago club.

Trump was indicted last week, making him the first sitting or past president to face criminal charges in connection with a 2016 hush-money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels.

However, the White House Press Secretary refused to comment on Trump's charge and arraignment on Tuesday.

During the press conference, Karine Jean-Pierre refused to answer any questions on Trump's arraignment.

According to Jean-Pierre, Joe Biden's priority now is the American people, not his predecessor, and they will not comment on judicial procedures.

“This is playing on many of the networks … so, obviously, he will catch parts of the news … but this is not his focus for the day,” she said.
