The Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Calabar, Cross River State has granted Cross River Governor, Ben Ayade permission to inspect the materials used in the March 18 National Asembly Elections.
The court also gave approval for substituted service on Senator Jarigbe Agom.
In Petition No: EPT/CR/SEN/02/2023. 27/03/2023, Governor Ayade is seeking the following relief:
Leave to serve Mr. Jarigbe the petition by substituted means.
Leave to inspect all the INEC documents used in the conduct of the election of Cross River North Senatorial District on 25th February 2023.
Order directing INEC to make available to the Petitioners all necessary documents used in the conduct of the election of Cross River North Senatorial District Election.
