SINGER BEBE REXHA'S PHONE STONER HAS BEEN CHARGED TO COURT.

In a shocking incident at New York's Pier 17, a 27-year-old man named Nicolas Malvagna has been charged for throwing his phone at American singer Bebe Rexha during a concert. According to police reports, Malvagna admitted that he thought it would be funny to hit the singer with his phone. The incident occurred on Sunday night as Rexha was performing, and the phone struck her on the head, causing her to collapse to the floor. She was subsequently taken to the hospital, where she received stitches above her left eye.

The seriousness of the incident is reflected in the charges filed against Malvagna. On Monday, he was charged with two counts of assault in the third degree, one count of harassment in the second degree. Additional counts of second-degree violent assault and third-degree premeditated assault were also filed. The Manhattan District Attorney's office has stated that Malvagna confessed to throwing the phone, explaining to a police officer at the scene that he wanted to see if he could hit her because it would be funny.

Malvagna is scheduled to appear in court on July 1 to face the charges brought against him. This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of respecting boundaries and the potential consequences of reckless actions. Concertgoers and fans alike should remember to exercise proper behavior and consider the well-being of performers, ensuring that concerts remain enjoyable and safe for everyone involved.
