Spanish International goalkeeper David Raya has joined Arsenal on a permanent transfer from Brentford ahead of the new season.
The 27-year old sweeper-keeper, who has been at Brentford since 2019 kept 12 clean sheets in 38 league games last season, is renowned as a vocal keeper who is adept with the ball at his feet. He can play out from the back and is happy covering the space in behind.
David Raya is another major addition to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal side who finished second last season and joins record signing Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber as arrivals this summer for the North London club.
