Liverpool not giving up on top 4 race.

Liverpool are not giving up their race for a top 4 finish as they have moved just a point below 3rd and 4th placed teams on the table after their 3-0 away victory against relegation-strugglers Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.

Curtis Jones opened the scoring for the Reds in the 33rd minute after being set up by Mohamed Salah before making it a brace as he was set up by Mohamed Salah again just 3 minutes later. Trent Alexander-Arnold scored a beautiful long range strike in the 71stminute after the ball was laid off by Mohamed Salah from a free-kick.

Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool side recorded their 7th consecutive victory since the 2-2 draw against Arsenal and are now in 5th place on the table, just one point behind Newcastle (in 3rd) and Manchester United (in 4th).
