JUST IN: Fire Guts Down EFCC Building In Enugu

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), reported that on Friday morning, a fire completely destroyed one of the buildings located at zonal command in Enugu.

 

In a statement, Wilson Uwujaren, Head of Media & Publicity, stated that the fire incident was brought on by an electricity surge.

 

No one was hurt, according to the EFCC, and the Federal and State Fire Services worked together to extinguish the fire.

 

Today, May 5, a fire broke out at the Enugu Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, affecting one of the Command's buildings.

 

An increase in the public power supply caused the incident, which happened Friday around 12.30 am, but the ensuing fire was later put out by the combined efforts of the Enugu State and Federal Fire Service.
