The lawsuit filed by five citizens of the federal capital area seeking to halt Bola Tinubu's inauguration as president has been rejected by an Abuja federal high court.
The attorney for the five residents was directed by Tuesday's sitting judge, Inyang Ekwo, to pay N10 million to the federal attorney general and the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) respectively.
