DON JAZZY GAVE ACCOLADES TO REMA AND AYRA STARR.

 

 

Don Jazzy, whose real name is Michael Collins Ajereh, is a Nigerian record producer, singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur. He was born on November 26, 1982, in Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria. 

 

Don Jazzy is the founder and CEO of Mavin Records, a leading record label in Nigeria, which has produced some of the biggest names in African music, including Tiwa Savage, Reekado Banks, Korede Bello, and Rema. He has won numerous awards for his work in the music industry, including the Nigerian Music Award for Producer of the Year multiple times. 

 

He had a question and answer session via his Instagram whereby followers asked a series of questions, and he gave answers to it.  He was asked what he loves about Rema and states the following: 

1. His vision is clear, and he knows what he wants.

2. . He is respectful

3. He is a master mix craft

4. He does not conform to anybody's opinion, he does not like to join the bad wagon and he is unique.

5. He is like him, believing that everybody can succeed all together.

 

 

He was also asked another question why he signed in Ayra Starr, and he said her talent is unmatched with, can't they all see it that she is a star with a double “R” she was born for this. Furthermore, he further stated that they should keep watching even though she is still new in the game like a year and the half, but they should keep watching. 

 

Don Jazzy is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in Nigerian music and has played a pivotal role in shaping the sound of contemporary African music, and it is exciting to hear him talk about this artist and believing so much in them.
