Alyssa Michelle Stephens better known by her alias Latto or Big Latto in 2022 joined the list of artists that fell into a beef with Trinidadian-American rapper and hip-hop sensation Nicki Minaj.
While many have moved on from the era of beef between the two female rappers, Latto seems to have reawakened the brawl and set fire to an already burned out broth.
The Big Energy rapper performed in the just concluded 2023 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on Sunday and allegedly took some jabs at the Queen femcee.
The music festival featured well known industry acts like Bad bunny, Frank Ocean, Blackpink and the Lottery rapper, Latto who performed on day 3 of the event [ April 16th].
To round out her set, the hip-hop star debuted a new track, which fans think contains lines going at Nicki, whom Latto had a Twitter quarrel with last year. On the bar in question, Latto raps,
"Bitches acting like they running shit, they really ran through." Another line fans are saying was aimed at Nicki goes, "She thought that I would kiss her a*s, she must ain't took her meds."
Videos gotten from the set shows Latto performing the track and in one clip shows her walking the stage and yelling, "What's the substance, bitch?" while putting her finger to her nose, a possible reference to Nicki Minaj's one-time alleged drug use.
The Budget rapper also seemed to take a parting shot while leaving the stage with:
"Let a bitch know, we tired of the subtweets this year. Let me know!"
Nicki Minaj fans, the barbz are heavily convinced that Latto directed her shots at their stan and have since proceeded to declare a stan war against Latto.
The larger hip-hop fans on twitter have since been weighing in on both sides:

While stans of the hip-hop redefining rapper, Nicki Minaj have been accused of reaching and reading too much into things, weighing in on Latto's references and coupled with the two women going toe-to-toe on twitter last year, many fans are begging to differ.
