Erling Haaland failed to open the scoring in the 37th minute as he couldn’t convert his penalty kick but made amends by putting the visitors in front in the 57th minute of the game. Joshua Kimmichmade no mistake as he converted a penalty kick in the 83rd minute to equalize for the hosts.
Manchester City would face Real Madrid in the semi-finals in a rematch of last year’s semi-final clash.
