Chef Dammy, a 22-year-old Nigerian chef, is determined to outshine Hilda Baci by attempting a 150-hour cook-a-thon, aiming to break the world record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual. While her previous 120-hour cook-a-thon was not registered with Guinness World Records, Chef Dammy expressed her resolve to make her mark with the upcoming event.


In an interview in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Chef Dammy, also known as Damilola Adeparusi, shared her aspirations beyond the world of cooking. She emphasized her openness to exploration and new opportunities, stating that now that the world has witnessed her capabilities, it is time for her to be given a chance to explore diverse ways and showcase her capabilities.


Addressing speculations surrounding the registration of her previous cooking marathon, Chef Dammy revealed that she and her team have decided to embark on a new challenge the following month. This time, the cook-a-thon will be held for 150 hours and will be officially registered with Guinness World Records.
