Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa, often known as Charly Boy, has threatened to go naked if the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal declares Peter Obi the winner of Nigeria's recent presidential election.
To commemorate the announcement, Charly Boy announced on Twitter that he would go naked from one end of Bourdillon to the other.
He wrote, “When Tribunal announce say Peter Obi don win even before the case reach Supreme Court, wetin you go do dat day?
“For me, I go naked waka from one end of Bodillon to Falomo.â€
Charly Boy, 73, is a fervent supporter of Peter Obi, the Labour Party's presidential candidate in the election.
He had previously advocated for an insurrection in Nigeria because Obi had not been proclaimed the winner of the presidential election.
Obi, of the Labour Party, finished third in Nigeria's presidential election on February 25, 2023.
Despite finishing third, he moved to court to contest President Bola Tinubu's victory, believing he had won the election.
After all parties have argued their claims in court, the presidential tribunal will issue its decision soon.
