ANOTHER COURT CHARGE FOR RAPPER TEKASHI 6IX9INE UPON HIS ARREST IN FLORIDA.

Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine encountered legal trouble in Palm Beach County, Florida, on a Wednesday, after being apprehended for a traffic violation, according to official sources. The artist, known by his birth name Daniel Hernandez, was taken into custody due to a failure to attend a scheduled court appearance, as indicated by online jail records. Subsequently, he secured his release on Thursday, shortly after the stroke of midnight, upon posting bail.

Local deputies were engaged in traffic enforcement duties when they witnessed a vehicle committing a moving traffic violation, as stated by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. Their observation also noted the absence of a license tag on the vehicle. Following a stop, the driver was identified as the rapper himself.

In 2019, 6ix9ine faced a legal battle that culminated in a two-year federal prison sentence. Initially confronted with the possibility of a 47-year sentence, he managed to secure a reduced punishment due to his cooperation with authorities. His assistance facilitated the conviction of two leaders of a violent New York gang. As a result, he was granted early release in the subsequent year.

Further inquiries revealed that he possessed a suspended driver's license and an active traffic warrant concerning an unregistered vehicle. Consequently, 6ix9ine was transported to the county jail; however, no additional charges were levied against him. Instead, he received traffic citations linked to the incident that transpired on the specified Wednesday.

This recent arrest follows a previous incident in which the artist was subjected to an assault at a South Florida gym, resulting in hospitalization. Video footage circulated on social media depicted him walking through the gym with bloodied features. Notably, three individuals were arrested earlier in the year in connection with allegations of assaulting and robbing the rapper.
