You probably know by now that the secret to looking youthful in your 40s is incorporating gelatin into your daily diet.

However, to stay consistent with it, the taste must be delightful—mixing it with just water won't keep you motivated for long!

It's also important to remember that collagen needs vitamin C, so always include fruits and lemon in your recipes.

Here’s a recipe for *Fruit Jello* that even picky eaters will love and ask for again!

Ingredients:
- Fresh sour peaches
- Lemon juice
- Honey
- Water (I used hibiscus tea for a lovely purple color)

*Ratios:* Use your intuition!

Instructions:
1. Cut the fruit and place it in a pot.
2. Add just enough water to cover the bottom, allowing the fruit to shine.
3. Squeeze in some fresh lemon juice.
4. Drizzle honey generously over the fruit.
5. Once the mixture boils, slowly stir in the gelatin to prevent clumping.
6. Turn off the heat and purée the mixture before pouring it into molds.

Let it set for at least three hours to achieve that jiggly texture.

When you eat it, you’ll find it tastes like sour candy—it's incredibly delicious! Thanks to this recipe, I've easily consumed over 30g of gelatin. It even has a flavor reminiscent of homemade sugar wax.
