Nigerian international and Super Falcons defender Tosin Demehin has officially confirmed her departure from French Ligue 1 club Stade de Reims Féminines after two successful years.
The skilled defender is set to continue her European career in Turkey, joining Galatasaray, the same club where Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen plays.
Demehin shared the news with her followers on social media, expressing her gratitude for her time in France. Her heartfelt message came just days before her debut for her new Turkish club in an exciting UEFA Women's Champions League (UWCL) match against Slavia Prag, which featured four goals.
In her farewell note, Demehin expressed:
"After wonderful years in Reims, I want to thank everyone for the opportunity to share those moments with you. To the fans, thank you for your support during both challenging and joyful times. Reims holds a special place in my heart, and now I truly understand what it means to be Remoise. I wish everyone another successful and fantastic season."
