**Title: APC Chairman Attributes Igbo Marginalization to Political Fragmentation in South-East**

On Thursday, Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), suggested that the perceived marginalization of the Igbo people can be traced to the fact that the five South-East states are governed by different political parties rather than being united under one. He emphasized that the ruling APC is committed to gaining control of more South-East states, beginning with Anambra, which is currently led by the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).

Ganduje pointed out the claims of marginalization from various political zones, including the South-East. He stated, “Marginalization has been created by them. How can you have five states ruled by four political parties? What will be your political bargain?” He highlighted the APC's efforts to extend its influence beyond Imo and Ebonyi states, with plans to take Anambra, traditionally governed by APGA, in the upcoming elections.

“We have introduced a new strategy for Anambra. Already, we have Ebonyi and Imo. Now, we are moving into that zone to ensure we capture most of the states. If we achieve our goals, we will control all of them,” Ganduje declared. He also expressed confidence in the APC's prospects for victory in the Edo State governorship election on September 21 and the Ondo State election on November 16.
