Sean 'Diddy' Combs Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged Abuse and Miscarriage

Music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing a new lawsuit from a woman who claims she endured years of abuse and became pregnant, only to suffer a miscarriage after being pressured by his staff to have an abortion.

The woman, referred to as 'Jane Doe,' alleges she met Diddy in 2020 when he invited her on a trip. Over the next four years, she claims he repeatedly assaulted her, resulting in a pregnancy that ultimately ended in miscarriage.

According to the lawsuit, she asserts that she met Diddy several times between 2021 and 2022, with his team arranging meetings at his residences in Miami, New York, Los Angeles, and other locations. She alleges that Diddy and his staff used "coercive and harassing language" to pressure her into visiting him.

The woman also accuses Diddy of giving her spiked alcoholic drinks to manipulate her and claims he forced her into sex at his Los Angeles home in April 2022. Additionally, she alleges he caused her physical injuries and coerced her into using drugs, including ketamine.

Legal documents obtained by The Mirror indicate that she became pregnant in July 2022 after being drugged and assaulted, and claims his staff pressured her to have an abortion. Despite the miscarriage, she alleges that Diddy continued to contact her until July 2023.

This lawsuit comes amid reports that Diddy is also being sued for an alleged rape that occurred in 2001. He is currently facing federal charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution, which he has denied.

During a recent court appearance, prosecutors presented a 14-page indictment accusing Diddy of using "force, threats, or coercion" to compel women to engage in extended sexual acts with male sex workers at his parties, which reportedly lasted for days.

The indictment further claims that Diddy's staff facilitated these events by stocking hotel suites with "controlled substances, baby oil, lubricant, extra linens, and lighting."

Authorities reportedly discovered firearms, ammunition, and over 1,000 bottles of lubricant during searches of Diddy's homes in Los Angeles and Miami. He is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn
