Rotimi Amaechi Calls Rivers State the "Capital of Betrayals"

Former Minister of Transportation and ex-governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi, has labeled Rivers State as the "capital of betrayals."

He stated, “Name one politician in Port Harcourt who didn’t come through me; they can’t endure hardship.”

Amaechi continued, “Rivers State has become the capital of betrayals; just name one politician who didn’t pass through me.”

He emphasized, “You won’t find me in any political meetings planning for thugs, nor will you hear me say this money is for thugs; I refuse to do that.”

He added, “My Priest advises that anyone who dies because of that money will be held accountable; society may not punish you, but God won’t allow you into heaven because you will be answerable. I don’t want to miss heaven.
