Porsha Williams has been awarded a victory in her ongoing legal dispute with ex-husband Simon Guobadia. A Georgia court ruled that the prenuptial agreement was "empirically unfair" following Guobadia's effort to enforce it.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, the prenup was intended to prevent costly and contentious litigation in the event of a divorce. Williams' legal team argued that since the prenup was not deemed unenforceable, the court should restrict any discovery requests to those that were "immediately relevant" to its enforcement. This resulted in the denial of Guobadia's Emergency Motion to Compel Additional Discovery.
Despite his claims that Williams' intention to return to reality television constituted a misrepresentation, the court sided with Williams, noting that her professional plans were not addressed in the signed prenup
