May Edochie, the estranged wife of veteran Nollywood actor Yul Edochie in a new series of reports has allegedly slapped her husband’s ‘second wife’ Judy Austin with a N100 million lawsuit.
According to gathered reports from outlets, May has charged Judy Austin for committing adultery with her husband in the contents of her lawsuit as she petitioned for a divorce against Yul.
The mother of three who recently lost her son Kambilichukwu with Yul earlier this year has reportedly sued Judy for having an affair with her husband and proceeded to also file a petition for the dissolution of their marriage.
According to reports gathered by New Telegraph, May Edochie claims that Yul and Judy are not legally married despite posing as husband and wife on social media and creating content as a couple. Her claims stand on the grounds that she, -May and Yul are still legally married, hence, Judy and Yul are not legally married couples.
According to various reports, the lawsuit against Judy Austin demands N100 million in compensation from the actress for destroying her home. It has also been gathered that Judy and Yul have been avoiding the bailiff of the court to serve them physically despite knowing about the petitions.
