Leo Kryss Sues After Selling Miami Mansion to Jeff Bezos for $79 Million

Leo Kryss sold his Miami mansion for $79 million, initially believing the buyer was not Jeff Bezos. Upon discovering that it was indeed Bezos, he now feels he could have asked for a higher price, leading him to take legal action regarding the sale. Kryss had originally listed the mansion for $85 million but claims he was misled about the buyer's identity. He alleges a loss of $6 million and is suing the brokerage, Douglas Elliman, for their involvement in the deal, especially since the brokerage earned over $3 million in commission, adding to his frustration.
