Julien Alfred won the women's 100m title today at the 2024 Diamond League Final in Brussels. The Olympic athlete made a strong comeback after finishing second at the Diamond League meeting in Zurich earlier this month. In today's final, Alfred finished first with a time of 10.88 seconds, followed closely by Dina Asher-Smith in second place at 10.92 seconds and Marie-Josée Ta Lou in third at 11.05 seconds. Sha'Carri Richardson finished seventh with a time of 11.23 seconds.
Regarding her victory, Alfred stated, "It's a good ending to the season and a way to prove to myself that I belong among the great athletes."
