Operatives from the Imo State Police Command have dismantled a suspected syndicate involved in kidnapping and organ trafficking in the Douglass area of the state.
According to a statement from police spokesperson ASP Henry Okoye, the operation resulted in the arrest of a 38-year-old suspect named Justine Emmanuel, who hails from Amimo in Ikeduru Local Government Area. During the operation, a 19-year-old woman was rescued; her identity has been withheld for privacy reasons.
