If Obi Had Not Left PDP, We Would've Won The Election Hands Down–Reno Omokri

According to PDP member Reno Omokri, what the 'Obidients'—Peter Obi's supporters—did for the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate during the February 25 presidential election should be respected.

In an interview with Arise News on Sunday, Omokri claimed that even with election rigging, the Obidients would have won the presidency if they had remained in the PDP and if Obi had stayed in the party.

“If the Obidients had joined with the PDP, if Peter Obi had not left the PDP, we would have won the election even with rigging hands down,” Omokri said.

" In eight months, he was able to galvanize a movement that gave him over 6 million votes. What the Obidients did for Peter Obi should be respected.”
