First Lady Oluremi Tinubu Highlights Hope for Nigeria's Future Amid Economic Challenges

Amid the nation's current economic difficulties, First Lady Oluremi Tinubu expressed optimism about a brighter future for Nigeria. She stated that President Bola Tinubu is making decisions to meet the aspirations of the youth through technology and innovation.

Tinubu shared her views in Abuja during the inaugural event of "Elevate Africa: The Africa We See," an initiative led by the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, and his wife, Olori Atuwatse III, aimed at reshaping narratives among global impact leaders.

The initiative seeks to highlight Africa's potential and provide a platform for African voices to lead discussions on their development. Representing the First Lady, Nana Shettima, wife of the Vice President, remarked that the President recognizes the capabilities of Nigerian youth.

She emphasized that the current administration is fostering an environment to harness the creativity and talents of young people, whom she described as the country's greatest assets. However, she urged the youth to commit to hard work, show compassion for one another, collaborate in unity, and practice patience.

The First Lady affirmed, "Nigerian youth are one of our greatest assets. They are the future. President Bola Tinubu has noted that Nigerian youth are vibrant, talented, eager to learn, and ready to compete globally. With the progress achieved under his administration, we are on the brink of a brighter future."
