A fire incident in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State,'s Bodija Market resulted in the destruction of goods valued in the millions of naira.
The incident happened on Tuesday night, and as of the time this report was filed, the cause of the fire outbreak was unknown.
The South West Zonal Coordinator of The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Mr Saheed Akiode told DAILY POST that men of the agency have been mobilised to the scene
Akiode said, “We are there to ensure the fire is put under control.
“Further assessment continues tomorrow,†he said.
