Fani Willis is trending after a judge dismissed two criminal charges in the Georgia 2020 election interference case against former President Donald Trump, as well as one charge against his associates. According to @foxnews, Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee determined that Georgia prosecutors lacked the authority to bring these charges, which were connected to allegations of filing false documents in federal court.
As a reminder, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis had previously charged Trump in relation to alleged interference in the 2020 election, to which Trump has pleaded not guilty on all counts.
