Fake Medical Practitioner Arrested After 20 Years of Illegal Penis Enlargement Procedures

A fraudulent medical practitioner has been arrested after allegedly performing penis enlargement treatments for two decades without any qualifications. Kittikorn Songsri, a 36-year-old from Bangkok, Thailand, reportedly conducted implant surgeries and filler injections on hundreds of patients, charging as much as £450 each.

Despite having no medical license, Songsri admitted that he left formal education after secondary school and began teaching himself how to perform implants at the age of 14. His arrest followed a complaint from a client who suffered a severe infection after receiving silicone injections.

Clinics that specialize in such procedures typically offer various options for men seeking enhancement. One method involves surgically inserting a silicone structure into the penis, similar to breast implants. Other techniques may include cutting an internal ligament to create the appearance of length or injecting fillers to increase girth.

According to local media, Thai police from the Consumer Protection Division arranged for an undercover officer to approach Songsri as a potential client. Afterward, they conducted a raid on his premises, where they discovered beds and equipment that did not meet hygiene standards for medical procedures, as reported by the Bangkok Post.

During questioning, Songsri reportedly confessed that he was not a licensed doctor and had no medical credentials
