In a recent interview with Interview Magazine, Edwards expressed his disagreement with the leadership approaches of Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant, especially regarding their treatment of teammates.
He stated,
"You can't talk to everyone the same.
You need to communicate differently with each player.
Some can handle direct criticism, so I might say to them, 'Hey, get your act together.' But for others, it's better to have a private conversation instead of calling them out in front of the whole team."
