A disturbing incident has emerged from Ebonyi State, where a man identified as Kezie Kezie was allegedly killed by a suspected network of cannibalistic syndicates in Ndubia Igbeagu, Izzi Local Government Area. Reports indicate that Kezie was lured under false pretenses, deceiving his young wife into believing he was traveling to Lagos for a business trip while informing others he was headed to Ogun State.
According to a Facebook post by Kenneth Chiabuotu Odanwu, Kezie's mobile phone went silent after he left on Saturday, September 14, 2024. On Monday, September 16, his alleged hackers sent a misleading message to his family, which raised suspicions about his safety. The family, in a frantic effort to locate him, coordinated their actions and supported one another in the face of growing concern.
Tragically, Kezie's decomposed body was discovered on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, revealing that he had been brutally killed on September 16. The post described the shocking state of his remains, indicating severe dismemberment.
The heart-wrenching message expressed grief and confusion over the circumstances surrounding his death, stating, "You were brûtally hàcked and hàrvested by your people in your land." The family vowed to seek justice for Kezie, emphasizing their commitment to exposing the criminal activities of those responsible.
